In the fulfillment of our revolutionary activities, the Latin American parties that are members of the International Conference of Marxist-Leninist Parties and Organizations, ICMLPO, have had an important meeting in which we analyzed the international political scene, the development of our work in each of the countries and defined lines of action and activities for the future.

We see a process of sharpening of the contradictions between exploited and exploiters, between the oppressed nations and peoples and imperialism, and of inter-imperialist contradictions.

The intensification of the latter is taking place in a context in which US imperialism faces a decline in its status as a hegemonic power, while Chinese imperialism is taking steps forward in its dispute.

The decline of U.S. imperialism has exacerbated its aggressive character. It is not willing to lose space and is taking measures to confront its competitors. The defense of the interests of its transnational monopolies has even led it to affect the interests of its traditional allies, causing the intensification of conflicts among them.

The right-wing, fascist and pro-fascist political forces are expanding their presence and influence in various regions of the planet. Donald Trump's presence in the White House encourages these actions in different countries.

However, the aggressiveness of imperialism; localized wars that are occurring in various places, in which the interests of one or the other imperialist countries are seen – such as the war in Ukraine; the trade war expressed in the imposition of high tariffs; foreign interventionism; the genocide of the Israeli Zionism over the Palestinian people; the defense of the particular interests of the workers, youths and peoples has provoked an upsurge in the struggle of the masses. The banners against the war, condemning Israeli Zionism, in solidarity with the Palestinian people, the rejection of the xenophobic and racist policies in the US and Europe, against the austerity policies of the governments, have motivated massive demonstrations around the world. There is a growing resistance and struggle of the workers, youths and peoples that condemns the policy of imperialism and their respective governments.

Our Parties have the responsibility to play a more leading role in the current scenario.

We propose to deepen the work of unity with the social and political forces interested in confronting imperialism, whatever it may be, and the policies of the international bourgeoisie. We have always understood, and now we ratify, the international struggle of the proletariat against the capitalist-imperialist system is expressed in the class confrontation in each of the countries, but it must be linked to actions, to struggles of an international character.

The working class and peoples, in their struggle to win their emancipation, must maintain a policy of class independence. It is not possible to confront one imperialism by relying on another imperialism, otherwise it only gives way to changing those who hold the chains of domination and oppression.

We express our solidarity with the Palestinian people and condemn the genocide committed by Israeli Zionism and U.S. imperialism against them. We demand an end to the bombings, now! We pledge to intensify actions of solidarity with the Palestinian people and, in particular, to mobilize all our forces on the International Day of Solidarity with the Palestinian People on November29.

We reiterate our solidarity with Iran, condemn the aggression driven by Israeli Zionism and US imperialism.

We reject the xenophobic, racist policy of the government of Donald Trump against migrants who, with their work, not only feed the economy of that country, but that of their respective countries of origin.

The frank debate that our parties have had allows us to see progress in our activity. We have exchanged our experiences that will help to improve our activity and move forward.

From this side of the world, we express our greetings to the parties and organizations that are members of the ICMLPO.
