Dear Friend,

After the interval of a long 3½ years we got your magazine’s September, 2012 issue, just like a refreshing air in this prolonged suffocating environment. But it is not possible for us to get this magazine regularly here through the source, who sends this now, whereas when we were outside, we used to go through this on a regular basis.

So, we the alleged Maoist political prisoner, who are incarcerated here for more than 3½ years are requesting you to please send us your magazine on a regular basis. Hoping you will respond positively.
